Trying this recipe from Annie's Eats... :)
These puffed up quite a bit and I even poked
them with a fork, next time I'll roll them thinner.
Turned out so delicious, I like cutting the pita in half
and stuffing them more than having them like a taco.
Please try this recipe!
It took me a good part of the morning but had them ready for a late lunch the sauce can be made a few days ahead though and the pita bread is completely worth the time, Enjoy!
